    Lambda Factor values and respects the privacy of our users, who visit and use lambda-factor.com and its associated products and services (collectively or individually “Users”) and are committed to protecting your personal data.

    Lambda Factor collects information to provide better services to its users and to better understand the visitors to its website and what content is of interest to them:

    • information we have obtained about you from publicly available sources such as social media, marketing platforms;
    • information Lambda Factor receives from your use of Lambda Factor website, such as the IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, number of clicks, domain name and country/state of all visitors to Lambda Factor website; 
    • information that is considered aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which Lambda Factor may use for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information in law as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity, unless Lambda Factor combines or connects aggregated data with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you; 
    • and Lambda Factor collects technical data from various third parties and public sources as, such as: analytics providers, advertising networks, search information providers. 

    Lambda Factor doesn’t use special personal data of subjects (personal data concerning race or nationality, political views, membership in trade unions, religious or other beliefs, health or sex life, bringing to administrative or criminal liability, as well as biometric and genetic personal data).

    Recruitment process

    Using our website, you can send us your resume for open vacancies. When submitting your resume you agree to the processing of personal data provided in this document for realising the recruitment process pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and in agreement with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

    How long we retain your personal data for

    We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In this regard you have the right to request access to the personal data concerning you that we process. Further, you may request that we rectify or delete the personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data, if you think they are inaccurate. Furthermore, you have the right to object against the processing based on our legitimate interests as a legal basis. We are required to assess and act on your request.
